David Houle
David Houle is a globally respected futurist who has become known as the climate crisis futurist. His signature “This Spaceship Earth” keynote presentation has been presented in several countries and was the impetus for Houle’s invitation to speak at NASA, the EPA, NREL and Oak Ridge National Laboratories. He has co-authored two books on facing the climate crisis, delivered some 1200 keynotes and presentations on all six continents and in 16 countries.
He has written a total of 13 books, spent 20 years in media where he won two Emmys, a Peabody and was nominated for an Oscar. He is the Futurist in Residence at the Ringling College of Art + Design and is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Sarasota Institute – a 21st Century Think Tank
